Nineteen year old Charlene from Zejtun is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s second protagonist in the brand new season of ARANI ISSA. This young woman suffered from drug problems in the past but has amazingly turned her life around by kicking the habit. Charlene’s dream is to have a breast augmentation performed. To this reason, Dr. Joseph Chetcuti, together with his team of experts get together in a bid to restore this woman smile again and at the same time reward her for all the hard work involved in now leading a clean life.

Nominated by her daughter Svetlana, Helen is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s third protagonist on ARANI ISSA Things are not going very well financially, and Helen suffers from alopecia areta. This condition means that she can not undergo hair transplant procedures, and as we all know, hair is an essential part of feminine beauty. ARANI ISSA will help Helen find her lost beauty. Most of this week’s show will be filmed in London, as the ARANI ISSA team flies with Helen to the capital of the UK to help her reclaim her beauty and confidence.
On the way to the airport, Helen’s daughter Svetlana just about to see her mother off to fulfil her dream… but Arani Issa has other things planned for her too!

Programme 4 - 29/10/09
This week’s show picks up from where we left off last week, where Helen and her daughter Svetlana, together with Dr. Joseph Chetcuti, (the producer & presenter), and Joseph, (the hairstylist from Privee`) boarded their flight to London.
A special arrangement has been made with the company HairRaisers, renowned produces of exquisite, incredibly natural-looking wigs. After visiting the company, Helen takes a tour of London, and samples the city’s entertainment. Soon after, as the team select the finest wig for Helen, Joseph - the hair expert from Prive` - starts working to adapt the wig in style for Helen.

Gino is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s fifth protagonist in this brand new season’s ARANI ISSA.
Gino is a supervisor in a supermarket. One would think that such a
position would not make anyone very popular. Not Gino. Nominated by all
the workers in the supermarket for laser eye surgery, presenter Dr.
Joseph Chetcuti decides to pay a visit to the supermarket, on the
pretext of wanting to buy a swimming pool and so as to give him the
news that he has been chosen as protagonist at the same time.
Things do not go too well at the supermarket, with Gino reduced onto the verge of tears

Noelle is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s sixth protagonist in this brand new season’s ARANI ISSA . Noellle has no sweat glands and suffers from hyperhydrosis in reverse. Noelle also has a scalp condition and needs major dental surgery.

Desiree` Rossi is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s seventh protagonist in this brand new season’s ARANI ISSA.
Desiree` will be undergoing a rhinoplasty (nose job), to correct the effects of a horrible accident involving a collision with a door. Although still young, Desiree`’s life has already been tinged with sadness after losing her father at sea.

Mariella Sawyer is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s eighth protagonist in this brand new season’s ARANI ISSA. Nominated by her own mother, who is now in her seventies, Mariella has given her life to care for her parents and her family, sacrificing everything for their well-being. She also would love to undergo a breast uplift, and Arani Issa is ready to help in this two-part episode.

Loredana is Dr. Joseph Chetcuti’s next protagonist in this brand new
season’s ARANI ISSA. Loredana is a nurse by profession, she is well
loved by all who fall under her care. Together with the team of Arani
Issa, Loredana undergoes liposcuplture to her back, and is later given
the surprise, when she is told that some more liposculpture which she
would like to have is made possible.
